1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the cbje platform and its users. The following definitions are used throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the cbje website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any person who holds a registered and active account on the cbje platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to a financial stake placed by a user on any game or sports event.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, free spins, or other financial benefits provided by cbje.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition specifying the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

cbje reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms by the user.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create and use an account on the cbje platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 or above may open an account on cbje. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited. cbje may request a government-issued ID or other official documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, on the same device, or using the same payment method is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts, and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of account registration. In cases where incorrect or false information is provided, cbje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit

Funds can be deposited on the cbje platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

• All deposit amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Use the correct payment details when making a deposit — cbje is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Funds generally arrive within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is processed.

• Withdrawal requests will be processed only after account verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are generally made using the same method by which funds were deposited.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be fulfilled before withdrawing bonus funds.
• cbje may temporarily suspend a withdrawal in the case of suspicious transactions.

3.3 Fees and Charges

cbje does not generally impose any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment service provider may apply their own charges, which are the responsibility of the user.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonus and promotional offers from cbje are provided subject to specific conditions. By accepting a bonus, the user agrees to comply with these conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the eligible games will be listed on the promotions page.
• Each user is eligible to receive each promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

If cbje detects suspicious or unusual betting patterns, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the associated account. Abusing bonuses may result in permanent account closure.

4.3 VIP Program

The cbje VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play, and the weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. cbje may change the details of VIP benefits without notice.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

All bets are considered final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. cbje reserves the right to void any bet accepted incorrectly due to a technical error.

5.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no predetermined outcome in any game, and fair play is ensured.

5.3 Responsible Gaming Limits

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits for themselves. Contact support to use this feature.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using fraudulent software or bots
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses

6 Account Suspension and Closure

cbje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
• Providing incorrect or false information
• Failure to pass age verification
• Suspicion of involvement in money laundering or illegal activities
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period

If cbje determines that a violation has occurred when closing an account, the funds held in that account may be forfeited. If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the funds will be returned.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Changes to Terms and Validity

cbje may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
